Head - Data Analytics Cell // NITI Aayog, GOI

Dr. Avik Sarkar is an Officer on Special Duty (OSD) at NITI Aayog. NITI Aayog (National Institution for Transforming India Aayog) is a premier policy think-tank of the Government of India. Dr. Sarkar is heading the Data Analytics Cell at NITI Aayog developing roadmap for use of data, analytics and artificial intelligence for Governance, Policy making and India's inclusive growth and led efforts towards setting up the first High Performance Computing based Data Analytics Lab at NITI Aayog. Dr. Sarkar has been providing analytical insights for policy making across sectors like Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), Direct Benefit Transfer, Innovation, Digital payments, Healthcare/Nutrition, Agriculture etc. Dr. Sarkar is engaged with the Energy Vertical at NITI Aayog instrumental in setting up the Energy Modeling Unit for the purpose of long term planning of future energy needs of India through initiatives like integrated energy modelling, energy data management etc.

§ 1

  1. A confirmation will be sent via email after receipt of the duly filled & signed registration form with the exact details of invoice to be submitted.
  2. Organization is liable to pay once the invoice is raised.
  3. Fees are inclusive of program materials and refreshments.
  4. This is a non-residential event.
  5. Registration fee is exclusive of GST as applicable

§ 2

  1. Following completion and return of the registration form, full payment must be made within 5 days from receipt of Invoice
  2. The event fees is completely non-refundable.


  1. Attendance will only be permitted upon receipt of full payment.
  2. No refund will be made in case of no-show / no-attendance, however, should a delegate be unable to attend, a substitute from the company is always welcome at no extra charge at anytime.
  3. Alternatively, for any cancellations beyond control, you can choose one of the options below:
  4. a) 100% of the value paid will be credited as a credit voucher to be utilised in full for our next program/s.
  5. b) 50% of the attendance fees will be charged, and the course material shall be shared with your company against the full settlement of the REGISTRATION FEE value WITH GST.


  1. Non-payment or Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.
  2. If, for any reason, Goldman Communications Pvt Ltd decides to cancel or postpone this conference, Goldman Communications Pvt Ltd is NOT responsible for covering airfare, hotel or other travel cost incurred by clients.
  3. The conference fee will only be refunded in the form of a credit note to attend future conferences.
